J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice need be issued to respondents 3 and 4 in view of the order which is being passed.

2. This writ petition was filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment, seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to abstain from entertaining complaints relating to civil disputes in respect of hire purchase agreement in between the petitioner, third respondent and the fourth respondent.

3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that a complaint was received from the fourth respondent with regard to which both the petitioner and the third respondent were called. The petitioner did not appear at the police station and the statement of fourth respondent has been recorded. It is further submitted that police having found that dispute is of civil

WP(C).No.35163/14 nature, has not proceeded any further nor any crime has been registered.

In view of the above, we do not find any case of police harassment. The writ petition is closed.
