J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, C.J.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 4th respondent in view of the judgment which is being passed. 2.
Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for police protection against the 4th respondent. Petitioner's case is that he has taken a loan of `70,000/- from the 4th respondent and has been making regular payments. It is submitted that exorbitant interest is being charged by the 4th respondent and petitioner was threatened on several occasions. Petitioner had also filed Exts.P3 and P4 complaints.

Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that First Information Report has already been registered against the 4th respondent. It is submitted that after incident dated 11/11/2015, both the parties were called at
W.P(C) No.34968/15 -:2:- Police Station and 4th respondent has been warned. It is further submitted that police is keeping a vigil over the 4th respondent and as on date, there is no threat.
Recording the aforesaid statement, we close this writ petition.
