J U D G M E N T

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:

"1. To call for the records leading to Exhibit P1 to P4 and direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate and expeditious steps to finalize the proceedings initiated pursuant to the complaints preferred by the petitioner which is pending as B3 31051/2013 and to accept property tax from the petitioner for the property comprised in Re.Sy.No.89/4B and 91/IEIF of Nanmanda Village, Chekilodu Desom, Kozhikode covered by Ext.P1 and to receive property tax within a short time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court by issuing a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order.

To direct the respondents to accept property tax from the petitioner for her property comprised in Re.Sy.No.89/4B and 91/IEIF of Nanmade Village, Chekilodu Desom, Kozhikode covered by Ext.P1 by issuing a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader.

After hearing both the sides, the writ petition is

WP(c). No.35199 of 2014 disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to finalise the proceedings, which is pending consideration, after getting measure of the property concerned and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interest parties, if any. It shall be done, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the concerned respondent for further steps.
