J U D G M E N T

The petitioner objects to the parking of auto rickshaws and jeeps in front of his cinema theatre. The petitioner contends that a vehicle stand of such nature has not been legally established. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P2 representation with the first respondent.

2. I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation with notice to the petitioner and the second respondent. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
