J U D G M E N T

It is reported that the Erattupetta Grama Panchayath has already taken a decision on 5.6.2015 as regards the need to retain the old bus stand. The same is awaiting the approval of the Regional Transport Authority.

I direct the first respondent Authority to consider the question of grant of approval to the decision taken by the Panchayath. The needful shall be done with notice to the affected parties within one month.

It is clarified that the first respondent Authority shall consider the question of grant of approval untrammelled by its earlier decision dated 6.11.2014. The status-quo as on today shall continue till the first respondent takes a decision as directed above.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
