J U D G M E N T

A.M.Shaffique, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection in a matter relating to smooth conduct of ambulance service by the vehicle bearing registration No.KL-25 F 1063 owned by the petitioner.

According to him, the private respondents are obstructing the petitioner from operating the ambulance services. An interim order has already been granted by this Court on 30.12.2014 directing the Police to ensure that no obstruction is caused to the petitioner Society in conducting the ambulance services.

The learned Government Pleader submits that on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner,

W.P.(C) No. 35310/2014 -2appropriate steps have been taken by the Police and it is ensured that no obstruction is being caused to the functioning of the ambulance services.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we do not find it necessary to pass any further order in this matter. It is made clear that, if there is any further obstruction, it is always open for the petitioner to approach the Police.

This Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
