J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 representation pending with the second respondent. The same pertains to the alleged unauthorised construction by respondents 3 and 4 in violation of the provisions of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act.

2. I direct the second respondent to consider Ext.P1 representation with notice to the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4. The needful shall be done within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

3. The petitioner shall produce a copy of the writ petition and the judgment before the second respondent for compliance.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
