JUDGMENT

The petitioner claims that he is the owner of apartment bearing Door No.VII/746-E5 in Ambas Aerogreen Residence Block-1 at Karyad, Nedumbassery. The large building consists of 20 apartments.

2. The petitioner has applied for water connection. Ext.P2 is the application. The petitioner has approached this Court on account of delay in considering the application.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that if the application is made under regulation in 7(g) of the Kerala Water Authority (Water Supply) Regulation, 1991, the application will be considered by them.

3. In that view of the matter, the petitioner makes such

W.P.(C).No. 35114 of 2015 -2an application, the application shall be considered by the respondents without any delay, at any rate, within one month from the receipt of such application.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
