J U D G M E N T

It seems that on the complaint of the petitioner, the then Dy.S.P., who had direct links in the matter, was transferred and another Dy.S.P. has taken charge on 21.11.2015. The present apprehension of the petitioner is that even though the earlier Dy.S.P. was transferred, the Sub Inspector of Police, who has direct links with the earlier Dy.S.P. is still continuing the investigation.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the investigation in this case has to be taken over by the Inspector of Police,

W.P.(C).No.35153 of 2015 Kayamkulam and he shall conduct the investigation in this case, under the supervision of the present Dy.S.P. With the said directions, this Writ Petition (Civil) is disposed of.
