J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the 2nd respondent to return of security deposit in respect of the work undertaken by him for protecting the right bank of Punnapalam River at Punnapalam in Kolayad Panchayat.

The learned Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent has not received Ext.P2.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner shall produce Ext.P2 along with the judgment before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent shall take a decision in this matter within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for release of the security deposit, necessarily the same shall be released to the petitioner within a further period of one month. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
