J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 2nd respondent in view of the judgment which is being passed. 2.

Petitioners have filed this writ petition alleging police harassment. Petitioners' case is that petitioners have been unnecessarily summoned at the Police Station with regard to a civil dispute between the 2nd respondent and the second petitioner's husband.

Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that on a complaint received from a third person, first petitioner was called to come to the Police Station. First petitioner did not appear as directed by the police. However, the complainant appeared and his submissions were recorded on 12th November, 2015. Police after recording the statement

W.P(C) No.35169/15 -:2:- decided to close the matter, there being civil dispute between the parties. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that complaint has already been closed. We do not find any kind of police harassment in this case.

Writ petition is dismissed.
