JUDGMENT

Petitioner is working as Anganvady worker under the third respondent on temporary basis. Petitioner submits that she was initially appointed in the year, 2007. It is further submitted that there are permanent vacancies in the third respondent. Petitioner made Ext.P1, representation before the third respondent to consider petitioner for the permanent vacancy.

Learned Senior Government Pleader submits that seniority list of the temporary workers has been cancelled by G.O.(M.S).32/12 dated 31.05.2012. It is submitted that, therefore petitioner's request cannot be considered.

In view of pendency of Ext.P1, appropriate decision shall be taken by the third respondent after adverting to the relevant Government orders within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
