J U D G M E N T
It is the case of the petitioner that the regular permit holder is not operating the route Karuvanthiruthikadave - Feroke - Ramanattukara - Perumugham - Pullikadave. The petitioner is the owner of a tax paid idle vehicle bearing registration number KL10-L-6462. The petitioner filed Ext.P1 application, for the grant of temporary permit for the above vehicle bearing registration number KL-10-L-6462 in the place of KL-11-Z-2277, till the route bus resume service. According to the petitioner, the said route passes through the ill served rural areas and the granting of temporary permit to him is beneficial to the interest of travelling passengers also. Hence, the petitioner seeks a
W.P.(C) No. 35201 of 2015 -: 2 :- direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to Ext.P1, it appears that the same deserves to be considered and order be passed, at the earliest. The respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1, as expeditiously, as possible, at any rate, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.
