J U D G M E N T
According to the petitioner, the regular permit holder is not operating the route from PandalamOachira, with his vehicle KL 17/D 3817. The petitioner is the owner of a tax paid idle vehicle bearing registration number KL 4/P 342. Now, the petitioner filed Ext.P1 application, seeking timing permit to operate the said route with his vehicle bearing registration number KL 4/P 342, in the place of KL 17/D 3817. According to the petitioner, the granting of temporary permit is beneficial to the travelling public also.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

W.P.(C) No. 35202 of 2015 -: 2 :- arguments to the limited prayer of issuing a direction to consider Ext.P1 application, within a specified time. The respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1, as expeditiously, as possible, at any rate, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.
