J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a driver working in Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) at Kalpetta Depot. He was regularised, as driver in KSRTC with effect from 22.12.2011, consequent to memorandum No. PL 12/025739/2008 dated 10.06.2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that though, he was regularised in the year 2011, his regular salary from 22.12.2011 to 10.06.2015 was not sanctioned and disbursed. Even though, he has filed Ext.P3 representation, seeking an order directing to disburse the salary, no action has been taken so far. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the grievance projected in this Writ Petition, I am of the view that the above grievance of the petitioner deserves to be considered and addressed by the 1st respondent at the earliest. The 1st respondent is directed to consider Ext.P3 and pass orders accordingly, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
