J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is the Kerala Vyapari Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi, Pachalam Unit. There are certain disputes among the office bearers as to the right of administration/management. It appears that on account of the dispute, office was closed down and the keys are in custody of the 2nd respondent.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner shall approach the 2nd respondent by Ext.P1 to permit them to open the office room and hand over the key.

This Court is of the view that appropriate decision shall be taken on Ext.P1 by the 2nd respondent after hearing the petitioner and all other affected persons within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
