JUDGMENT

The petitioner is said to have been appointed by the 2nd respondent in the aided School as Full Time Menial as per Ext.P2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the approval of said appointment is pending consideration before the first respondent. In such circumstance, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on it, as expeditiously as possible and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. It is made clear that, this Court has not made any observation on merits, which the first respondent will consider in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of.
