J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

2. This writ petition has been filed alleging police harassment, seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that a complaint was received from an earlier employee of the petitioner. Hence a search was conducted. In the search, nothing was found and the matter was closed at that stage.

4. In the above view of the matter as on date, we do not find any case of harassment.
