J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the 1 st respondent for demarcating and surveying of the property comprised in block No.20. Survey No. 14/16-3 of Panavoor Village, Nedumangad Taluk. The petitioner submits that pursuant to application has been served with form No.12 notice. Exts. P2 and P3 are the notices. However it is submitted that nothing has transpired thereafter.

Considering the facts and circumstances there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to conclude the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment after notice to the petitioner and all affected parties.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
