JUDGMENT
The limited prayer in this writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to take up, consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5 objection said to have been filed by the petitioner before the said authority.
2. The matter relates to the grant of temporary permit. As of now, the second respondent is operating on the route as per the temporary permit issued by the authority, against which the petitioner has filed Ext.P5 objection.
3. After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, the first respondent is directed to take up and dispose of Ext.P5 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one week from today.
