JUDGMENT
The petitioner opts to work on light duty in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. The petitioner contends that he finds it difficult to work on heavy duty as a driver due to the medical reasons. The petitioner relies on the medical certificates and the report of the medical laboratory in support of his claim. The petitioner has in this regard submitted Ext.P10 representation opting for light duty. The same is pending consideration with the first respondent concededly. 2.
I direct the first respondent to consider Ext.P10 representation with all compassion that it requires. The same shall be done with notice to the petitioner within a period of two months.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
