JUDGMENT
The petitioner has less than one year of service to retire on superannuation. The petitioner has already been posted in his home circle at Parassala in Thiruvananthapuram District. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner however is that he has been allotted night duty instead of day duty at the fag end of his career. I do find justification in his grievance which has to be ventilated before the respondents with an appropriate representation.
3.
Any such representation put in by the petitioner within three weeks from today shall be dealt with by the first respondent within a period of one month therefrom. The petitioner shall be put on notice and heard in the exercise. The writ petition is disposed of.
