JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a stage carriage operator operating on the route Varkala-Kallara. The permit is issued in respect of stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-2-AK-5455. The present timing of the petitioner's service was alloted on 03.12.2001. The petitioner filed Exhibit P1 application before the respondent seeking revision of her own timing. The grievance of the petitioner is that Exhibit P1 application is still pending consideration before the respondent.
2.
Heard arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. Considering the fact that Exhibit P1 application submitted by the petitioner for revision of her own timing is pending consideration before the respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P1 application, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, with notice to the petitioner and also to the affected operators.
