J U D G M E N T
Ashok Bhushan, CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to the 6th respondent in view of the judgment being passed today.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment. It is submitted that the petitioner is a building contractor and there is a civil dispute with the 6th respondent regarding construction work. According to the petitioner, he is being summoned by the police authorities, which is nothing but harassment.

The learned State Attorney, on instructions, would submit that a complaint was received from the mother of the 6th respondent, with regard to which, petitioner and the complainant were summoned. The complainant appeared and produced an agreement. Police authorities having come to know that the
W.P.C.No.35306/2015 dispute is pertaining to the contract, had closed the complaint on 26/10/2015.
The complaint, having already been closed, we see no reason to issue any direction, as prayed for. This writ petition is closed.
