JUDGMENT

It is wonderful to read the prayers which read as follows:

I. Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ or order directing the 2nd respondent to approve the list of players of the football team including the name of the petitioner of the 3rd respondent college to be participated in the north zone football tournament to be held on 24.11.2015.

II. Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ or order directing the 2nd respondent not to disqualify the football team of the third respondent including the petitioner, on the forthcoming intercollegiate North zone football tournament on 24.11.2015.

2. It escapes all norms of judicial principles in seeking relief of the above nature. A person, who is not qualified has approached this Court for being included in a team playing football tournament. When there are rules and

norms governing the matter, it would be inappropriate for this Court to consider the prayer of the petitioner. This Court should also remember that there may be other persons who are similarly situated.

This Court finds no reason to entertain this writ petition. It is dismissed.
