JUDGMENT

The petitioner is an applicant for the grant of a regular permit on the route Puthanathani - Kadampuzha, touching Purathur Harijan Colony. The said application for regular permit is being considered and in the meanwhile, the petitioner applied for a temporary permit by Ext.P2. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P2 has not been considered so far. It is only appropriate that the temporary permit application Ext.P2 be considered and orders be passed at the earliest.

2. In the above view of the matter, the Secretary, R.T.A. is directed to consider Ext.P2 and

W.P. (C) No. 35339 of 2015 -: 2 :- pass orders accordingly, at any rate, within a period two weeks from today.
