J U D G M E N T

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of Ext.P1 application for permitless certificate.

2. I direct the respondent to consider Ext.P1 application with notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The same shall be done without affecting the right if any of the petitioner to claim renewal of permit.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
