The petitioner filed the above writ petition apprehending termination from the post of Jeep Driver in the 4th respondent Panchayat. The petitioner, though appointed after a due selection process, admittedly was appointed on daily wage basis. The learned Standing Counsel for the Panchayat appears and submits on instruction that the appointments have now been conceded to the Public Service Commission and two persons have been advised and one has already joined. It is also submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner will not be terminated till a regular hand joins. The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of making it clear that the petitioner would have to make way when the regular hands joins. No costs. Sd/- (K.
