JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a widow, who has been granted LPG Distributorship by the Indian Oil Corporation. For the purpose of commissioning the Distributorship, the petitioner has to construct an LPG godown. Therefore, according to the petitioner, she has taken property on lease by Exts.P2 & P3 and made Ext.P4 application, seeking building permit for the construction of the godown, before the 2nd respondent. But, the 2nd respondent has not considered Ext.P4 application. This is the grievance projected in this writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who confined his argument to a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass order on Ext.P4 application seeking for building permit for the

WP(C).35545/15 :2: construction of the LPG godown for distribution.

3. Having regard to the above submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass order on Ext.P4 application, at the earliest, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of.
