J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is a driver working at Kozhikode depot of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation(KSRTC). According to the petitioner, he has been suffering from Coronary Artery Disease and Ext.P2 is the medical certificate, issued by the Medical Board of Government General Hospital, Kozhikode, showing his physical inability to do work, as a driver. Though, he was allotted with light duty for three months. After the said period, the light duty has not been given to him and he was kept away from the duty from 3rd June, 2014. He had earlier approached this Court, by filing W.P.(C) No. 29493 of 2014, wherein the petitioner was directed to approach the 1st respondent first and that case was withdrawn. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted Ext.P5
W.P.(C) No.35590 of 2015 -: 2 :- representation and duly completed proforma, as per the directions in Ext.P6. But, the respondent has not considered the same so far. This is the grievance projected in this Writ Petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the grievance projected in this Writ Petition, in my view, the same deserves to be considered and disposed by the 1st respondent. In the above view, the 1st respondent is directed to consider Ext.P5, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.
