The petitioner entered into service of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation(KSRTC), as conductor on 30.06.1988 and retired on 31.10.2014. During his service, the petitioner had availed leave for several days and such leave period was regularised then and there. But, after repeated requests, the leave salary arrears was not paid to the petitioner so far. Similarly, arrear of pension with effect from 11/2015 to 04/2015 has not been disbursed to him so far, though, the petitioner has approached the authorities and requested for the same several times. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent, the petitioner made Ext.P2 representation, to the 1st respondent. But, the same has not been considered so far.
