JUDGMENT

The petitioner is working as Electrician in the service of Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. As per Ext.P2 order, the service of the petitioner is regularised as electrician. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the service of the petitioner is regularised, consequential benefits have not been given to him, despite a long lapse of time.

The learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the proceedings to disburse the consequential benefits are on the way and three months time is required to complete the same.

Having regard to the submission at the bar and urgency of the matter, the respondent is directed to complete the proceedings for disbursement of the consequential benefits and disburse the amount, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
