J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator. He has applied for the grant of a regular permit to operate on the route Otheyi- Homeo College Via Areacode, Mavoor, Medical College, Kozhikode vide Ext.P1. Since, the route applied for is in the place of a lapsed permit, the petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application, for grant of a temporary permit, for four months with the proposed timings along with Ext.P1 application, to operate on the same route. The grievance of the petitioner is that neither Ext.P1, nor Ext.P2, has been considered so far. 2.

Having regard to the grievance projected in this Writ Petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, at the earliest, at

W.P.(C) No.35664 of 2015 -: 2 :- any rate, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.
