It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has put in more than 22 years of provisional service, with 120 days duty in a year, and is still continuing in the service of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) and he is eligible to be considered for regularisation of service. In this back-drop, the petitioner had filed Exts.P5 and P6 representations, seeking regularisation. But, the same had not been considered, so far, by the respondent.
2.
Having regard to the gravity of the grievance narrated in the Writ Petition and highlighted at the Bar, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner deserves to be considered and addressed by the respondent, at the earliest.
W.P.(C) No.35758 of 2015 -: 2 :- 3.
Hence, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- K. HARILAL, JUDGE DST //True copy// P.A. To Judge
