JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator, operating on the route Govindapuram-Thrissur. According to him, the time schedule in respect of his service was fixed way back in the year 1996. But, by the introduction of new services on the route in question, the said timing has become unoperational and also there is a disparity in running time between Thrissur and Govindapuram. In the above circumstance, the petitioner made Ext.P3 representation to the respondent, seeking re-fixation of running time. But, the same has not been considered so far, despite long lapse of time. This is the grievance projected in this writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

3. Having regard to the averments in the writ

WP(C).35763/15 :2: petition and the submissions made at the Bar, I am of the opinion that Ext.P3 representation deserves to be considered and disposed of at the earliest. The respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 after issuing notice to all the affected parties, at the earliest, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Sd/- K. HARILAL, JUDGE okb.
