JUDGMENT
The petitioner, who is aggrieved by Ext.P1 bill, seeks only a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 objection, that has been filed by the petitioner against the said bill expeditiously, after hearing him.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondent board.
3. On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the Bar, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 objection filed by the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. It is made clear that the recovery steps pursuant to Ext.P1 bill, shall be kept in abeyance till such time as orders passed by the 2nd respondent as directed, and communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed as above.
