J U D G M E N T

The petitioners have approached the District Collector under Section 13A of the Surveys and Boundaries Act. The request of the petitioners are referable as per Exts. P6 and P7. 2.

In view of the limited request made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the District Collector to consider Exts. P6 and P7 after hearing the petitioner and also the 4th respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. In view of the proceedings pursuant to Ext.P9 shall be deferred till the decision is taken by the District Collector.
