After hearing the matter to certain extent and especially in the light of the submission made by the learned Government pleader, on the basis of the investigation conducted in Crime No.832/2014 of Kunnumpuram Police Station that no information about the husband of the petitioner for the last several years, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court again for invoking the jurisdiction of this Court for appropriate relief. The above submission of the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the petitioner are
W.P.(Crl) No.511/2014 recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that the dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner to approach this Court again for appropriate relief. V.K. MOHANAN, JUDGE.
