JUDGMENT

There was a delay in publishing the result of the petitioner's BBA Examination by the 1st respondent University and, in the meantime, the petitioner applied for MBA course in the 7th respondent's college. By Ext.P4 judgment this Court directed the 1st respondent University to send a confidential mark list to the 7th respondent and in compliance with Ext.P4 judgment the 1st respondent had sent a confidential mark list to the 7th respondent and Ext.P5 is the result published by the University. The learned Standing Counsel for the 6th respondent submits that if the 7th respondent has received the confidential mark list and the petitioner stands passed in the examination, the 6th respondent has no objection in granting admission to the petitioner to MBA course,

WP(C).35878/15-H :2: provided that the 7th respondent shall send the confidential mark list and other admission details to the 6th respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say, the petitioner can be admitted to MBA course in the 7th respondent's college, if she stands eligible to be admitted to MBA course.

With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
