J U D G M E N T
The petitioners are Advocates. They were appointed as the District Government Pleaders. They have approached this Court on account of the delay in disbursing fees for conducting land acquisition cases. Exhibit-P6 in W.P.(C). No. 35929 of 2015 is the request of the petitioner therein to disburse fees and Exhibit P5 is the similar request of the petitioner in W.P.(C). No. 35942 of 2015. 2.
This Court is of the view that an appropriate decision shall be taken by the District Collector. Kollam within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment and it is found that the petitioners are entitled for the same, the same shall be released to the petitioners within a further period of two months.
The writ petitions are disposed of as above.
