J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a permit holder on the route Elamkadu Top - Pampavally - Vyttila Hub. The said permit is covered by stage carriage bearing registration No.KL-34/C-2043. He submitted a variation application and though the said application was placed before the R.T.A., it was adjourned stating that the basic permit has expired on 11.04.2015 and it was directed that the application for variation be boarded along with the application for renewal. Petitioner was also directed to submit a proposal for timings as well as a list of stops, by Ext.P1. In compliance with the direction in Ext.P1, the petitioner has submitted Exts.P2 and P3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though R.T.A.

W.P.(C) No. 35966 of 2015 -: 2 :- Kottayam meeting was held on 12.11.2015, the application for renewal as well as variation application had not been boarded.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and the learned Government Pleader. 3.

Having regard to the grievance highlighted in this Writ Petition, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Exts.P2 and P3 application, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
