JUDGMENT
The petitioners are aggrieved with the non-consideration of Exts.P1&P2 representations pending before the respondent. The prayer of the petitioners is to direct the respondent to consider and dispose of Exts.P1&P2 within a reasonable period. The learned counsel for the petitioners places reliance on Ext.P3 judgment and seeks for a direction to extend similar relief to the petitioners as well.
In such circumstances, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider and dispose of Exts.P1&P2 representations of the petitioners in accordance with the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court recorded in Ismeth Ummar v. Regional Transport Authority [2010 (4) KLT 597 SC], as expeditiously as possible.
The writ petition is disposed of.
