JUDGMENT
The petitioner is the owner of stage carriage bearing No.KL 17 A/3286. The petitioner is presently operating with temporary permit on the route Kozhencherry-Pathanapuram in the vacant timing of stage carriage bearing No.KL 25/3969, which is valid till 8.12.2015. The petitioner, in the meanwhile, submitted Ext.P2 application for reissue of temporary permit. The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P2 has not been considered so far. It is only appropriate that Ext.P2 application for reissue of temporary permit be considered and orders be passed at the earliest.
2. In the above view of the matter, the Secretary, R.T.A., is directed to consider Ext.P2 and pass orders accordingly, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period two weeks from today. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (K. HARILAL, JUDGE) sks
