Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State Attorney in the matter.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the 1st petitioner claims to be intending to marry the 2nd petitioner and they decided to live together.
3. The learned State Attorney appearing for the respondents submits that a crime has already been registered as Crime No.872/15 at Karippur Police Station.
4. The petitioners shall appear before the 3rd respondent and the police authorities shall make necessary enquiry in the matter and record necessary statements and take appropriate action in this regard prescribed under the provisions of Cr.P.C. and under Section 57 of the Police Act.
W.P.(C)No.36151 of 2015 We dispose of this writ petition directing the police authorities to take appropriate action, in the event of law and order situation arises.
