JUDGMENT

Ashok Bhushan, C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondent Nos.4 to 6 in view of the order which is being passed.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection. Petitioner's case is that there has been a financial transaction between the 4th respondent and father in law of the petitioner. It is submitted that a false complaint has been submitted by the 4th respondent against the petitioner and in connection of which the petitioner is being called to the police station and is being harassed.

3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submits that after receipt of the complaint from 4th respondent, the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent were called to the police station. The complainant/4th respondent had appeared and his statement has been recorded. But the petitioner did not appear.

WP(C) No. 36156 of 2015 -:2:-

4. In view of the fact the petitioner was called to the police station pursuant to the complaint received from 4th respondent, we do not find it a fit case for granting the reliefs as prayed for. The petitioner was called to the police station for recording her statement.

The Writ Petition is closed with the above observation. Ashok Bhushan, Chief Justice.

A.M. Shaffique, Judge.
