J U D G M E N T

Ashok Bhushan, J Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging police harassment. Petitioner's case is that at the instance of the 4th respondent, the petitioner is being called at the police station. Although no crime has yet been registered, petitioner claims to have filed a complaint on 20/11/2015 before the 1st respondent.

The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that a complaint was submitted by the 4th respondent against the petitioner relating to a contract work, in connection with which he has been called at the police station. It is submitted that, before the police authorities, both the petitioner and the 4th respondent agreed to get the matter settled by taking service of an Engineer for assessment of the work done. It is

W.P.C.No.36208/2015 submitted that the petitioner has not been called thereafter by the police authorities.

We record the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader and close this writ petition, it being not a case of police harassment.
