J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a stage carriage operator having Ext.P1 regular permit to conduct service on the route Kottayam-Mukkuttuthara issued to his stage carriage bearing registration number KL-05-AL-839 and the said permit is valid till 04.12.2015 only. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application, for renewal with a petition to condone delay of five days and the same is pending. In the meantime, the petitioner has filed Ext.P4 application, seeking temporary permit. But, the same has not been considered so far. This is the grievance ventilated in this Writ Petition.

Having regard to the pendency of Ext.P4, the respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on

W.P.(C) No. 36223 of 2015 -: 2 :- Ext.P4, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. To facilitate an early disposal of the matter, it is opened to the petitioner to produce the copy of this judgment, along with the copy of this Writ Petition.
