J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is a stage carriage operator conducting service on the route Kothamangalam - Willingdon Island on the strength of Ext.P1 regular permit. As per Ext.P1 time schedule, the petitioner's stage carriage is conducting two trips to Willingdon Island, one in the forenoon and the other in the afternoon. In both trips, the vehicle is required to idle at Willingdon Island for long stretches of time for no reason whatsoever. In the forenoon trips, the vehicle idles at Willingdon Island for more than one hour and 20 minutes from 9.35 am to 10.59 am. Almost similar is the case with the afternoon trip. In the above circumstances, the petitioner filed Ext.P2 representation, before the
W.P.(C) No. 36250 of 2015 -: 2 :- respondent for revising the timings of the petitioner's stage carriage, by advancing the departure time from Willingdon Island in the two trips referred above. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to the grievance ventilated in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 with notice to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
