J U D G M E N T

The petitioner approached the 2nd respondent by Ext.P1 to grant ordinary leave / parole in terms of Kerala jail manual. 2.

The petitioner is a life convict and now the inmate of Central Prison Viyyur, Thrissur.

In the light of facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 and take appropriate decision within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of, as above.
