JUDGMENT

Petitioner approaches this Court on account of non-consideration of the application for mutation. Petitioner's application is filed before the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Government Pleader submits that another person also has raised a claim for mutation.

3. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view, after hearing both parties, appropriate decision shall be taken by the Tahsildar, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
